Noah&#8217;s important words are shared through his family and friends as they invite others to take the NoahStrong pledge to do their best every day to be kind, to be strong, to be helpful, to do hard things, to reach their goals, to be a leader, to be resilient, to be brave, and to be loved.<\/p>\n<h1>\n\t\tJoin the movement, take the pledge!\n\t<\/h1>\n<h2>\n\t\tBeing kind is more than being nice.\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Kind people have empathy and acceptance for others and themselves.
