Noah Dugas Memorial set up at Memorial Gardens

The North Bay and area community continues to come to grips with the passing of 13-year-old Noah Dugas. The young hockey player passed away due to a stroke on Nov. 13 while receiving rehabilitation in a Toronto area hospital. This weekend, friends rallied again to honour Noah by setting up a memorial underneath the digital sign at North Bay Memorial Gardens.
